Brownie Macaroons - Weihnachtsgebäck

Brownie Macaroons
2 Egg Whites
1 pinch of Salt
100 g Brown Sugar
150 g Ground Blanched Almonds
20 g Cocoa Powder
80 g Grated Chocolate
Wafers

Add the salt to the egg whites and beat until very firm, gradually pour in the sugar, continuing to beat until the sugar is dissolved in the egg whites. Mix the almonds, chocolate and cocoa powder and fold into the egg whites. Pour the mixture onto wafers (using a macaroon mold or spoon). Bake at 160°C top/bottom heat for about 18 minutes.
